Exceptional vintage created by Bouvet Ladubay^® in 2000, this set of 3 bottles of vintage Saumur Blanc Brut AOC wine can be associated with seafood or fish-based starters but also as an aperitif.

Tasting Notes: Here the Chardonnay combined very subtly and in modest proportions, acts as a catalyst. Its very fine foam evokes for wine lovers who taste it at the right temperature (a little higher than for classic cuvées, around 10 °), the revelation of a grand cru with small bubbles. This is a new consideration for the refined nobility of this expression of Brut in the world of mousse.

Vinification and aging: Aging in oak barrels. The cuvée is bottled for the 2nd fermentation using the traditional method. Long and patient aging in the cellars. Raw dosage. 3 bottles of 150 cl 12.5 °
