The famous Saumur house Bouvet Ladubay^® has imagined a sparkling wine with accents of citrus fruits and brioche, with a delicate bubble and which in the mouth has depth and length: the Saumur AOC Blanc Brut 'Trésor Blanc' . This sparkling wine has received several prizes including the Silver Medal at the Concours des Grands Vins de France in Mâcon in 2013 and the Silver Medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2013. Tasting Notes: The delicacy of its structure highlights the charm and opulence of Chenin underlined by the characteristic aromas of wood and the well-integrated tannins. Here, the Chardonnay combined very subtly in modest proportions, acts as a catalyst.
