This cuvée represents a unique and singular production process that has been carried on since 1930. Indeed, Maison Besserat de Bellefon uses less deliqueur, which results in a lighter and more airy foam. Its foam is unctuous, creamy and persistent. The Blanc de Blancs has the particularity of not having undergone malolactic fermentation.
The Cellar Master, Cédric Thiébault, produces the Blanc de Blancs Besserat de Bellefon by sourcing only from the Grands Crusen Blanc de Blancs villages.
